  • Chef KO’s Ready-to-Eat meals are fresh, fully cooked, chef-crafted meals inspired by Haitian cuisine and designed to support different lifestyle and wellness goals. Meals arrive ready to heat and enjoy, no prep, no cooking required.

  • Meals are curated by goal categories, not fully customized per individual. Guests can choose meals aligned with goals such as plant-forward eating, high-protein, balanced nourishment, or lighter fare, depending on the menu release.

    This allows us to maintain quality, consistency, and cultural integrity.

  • Yes. Select releases include optional health juice add-ons, such as fresh juices, tonics, or herbal blends designed to complement your meals. Add-ons are available while supplies last and can be added at checkout.

  • Due to the nature of fresh food preparation, all Ready-to-Eat meal sales are final once confirmed.

  • Ready-to-Eat meals are offered in limited, scheduled drops rather than continuous weekly subscriptions unless discussed. Each release features a rotating menu and curated add-ons.

  • Meals are prepared fresh and are intended to be enjoyed within 4–6 days when refrigerated. Some items may be freezer-friendly and will be clearly labeled. Storage and reheating instructions are provided with every order.

  • Many meals are plant-forward or fully vegan, depending on the menu drop. Each meal is clearly labeled so guests can choose what best fits their preferences.

  • Pickup or delivery details, including dates, times, and locations are announced with each orders. Orders not picked up within the scheduled window may not be eligible for replacement.
