THE FOUNDER

Meet Chef KO

Chef. Founder. Cultural Storyteller.

Born and raised in Haiti, Chef Kerline Ordeus is the founder of KO Kitchen, bringing Haitian cuisine and culture to new audiences through immersive culinary experiences.

With a background in healthcare leadership and a growing presence in Los Angeles' culinary scene, her work has been featured in the Los Angeles Times, Eater LA, and Black Enterprise.

From intimate gatherings to creative brand collaborations, she is building something bigger than a kitchen, one rooted in heritage, connection, and the stories food carries.

At KO Kitchen, food is more than a meal; it’s memory, connection, and care.
