Nwèl Lakay: Haitian Holiday Cooking Experience— December 5
A festive Haitian cooking experience celebrating comfort, tradition, and the joy of gathering around the holiday table.
Nwèl Lakay is Chef KO’s seasonal holiday cooking experience, created around the flavors that make a Haitian table feel warm, generous, and full of life.
Guests will learn to prepare Poul Nan Sòs and Haitian Macaroni au Gratin from start to finish, then gather around the table for a festive communal meal served with Diri Djon Djon, bannann peze, and pikliz.
Throughout the experience, Chef KO will share the techniques, ingredients, and traditions that shape Haitian home cooking while guiding guests through each step with hands-on instruction.
This is part cooking class, part holiday gathering, and fully rooted in Haitian hospitality.
